Wafering
Wafering은 실리콘 결정이 웨이퍼로 만들어지는 과정이며 이 공정은 일반적으로 동일한 결정에서 여러 웨이퍼를 동시에 절단하는 multi-wire saw에 의해 수행된다. 최종적으로 이 웨이퍼는 원하는 정도의 평탄도 및 두께로 연마됩니다.
